a. Reduced lubricant flow
Problem 1:Impurities in the lubricant are adsorbed by the electric oil pump on the oil inlet filter, resulting in oil inlet difficulties and reduced oil output.
Treatment: open the cover above the seat, put the electric oil pump oil inlet pipe from the oil tank, clear the impurities on the filter.
Problem 2: Mechanical seal spring compression or spring pressure is large when the lubricant temperature increases, coupled with poor thermal stability of the electronic components within the electric oil pump, this time the electric oil pump operating frequency to reduce the lubricant flow reduction.
Treatment: reduce the number of springs. Note: reduce the number of springs must be a multiple of 2, 2 or 4 or 6 and to reduce the number of symmetrical.
b. No lubricant is sprayed out of the oil cover above the seat.
The electric oil pump does not run (the oil pump has no shaking phenomenon).
Problem 1: Electric oil pump can not run because the plunger is stuck by impurities in oil (just open the pump for a moment to touch the electric oil pump can feel the electric oil pump solenoid moved a little, and then there is no movement or perhaps a very slight jitter).
Treatment: remove the electric oil pump out of the oil cover end, observe whether the plunger is stuck and cleaned.
Problem 2: electric oil pump electronic components are damaged (at this time the electric oil pump power indicator red light).
Treatment: change the new pump or repair the electronic circuit part of the pump.
Problem 3: 24V DC air switch protection in the electrical box (at this time the solenoid valve does not act without sound).
Solution: check whether the solenoid valve and electric oil pump has a short circuit.
Problem 4: 24V DC voltage regulator switching power supply no output, voltage regulator switching power supply on the green indicator does not light.
Solution: Check whether the 220V AC air switch is protected and whether the main motor thermal relay overcurrent protection is activated. If start (at this time the thermal relay red button below the two have been connected to the line of the normally open terminals, one of which is not 220V, when normal, both terminals are charged) can be pressed, or wait for half an hour can be automatically restored.

Second, the electric oil pump can run (electric oil pump shaking) but lubricant can not circulated
Problem 1: electric oil pump can run (electric oil pump shaking) but lubricant can not circulated.
Treatment: oil inlet filter all clogged or electric oil pump check valve does not move, cleaning filter or oil pump check valve.
III.The feeding pump (diaphragm pump) is not working properly with less material outlet
Problem 1: feeding pump (diaphragm pump) is not working properly with less material outlet,may be due to pressure control valve failure or material clogging. Need to check and clean the pressure control valve or replace the faulty parts. At the same time, check whether the feed pipe is smooth to avoid material clogging.

Problem 1: In the bead mill work, the cylinder body material pressure is higher than the lubricant pressure in the oil cover, so only the possibility of material into the oil cover lubricant. When there is a lubricant from the seat of the barrel below the flow of the situation, do not worry about the oil will run into the material. At this time, you should check whether the feed pipe is smooth to avoid material blockage. At the same time, the pressure control valve needs to be checked and cleaned or faulty parts replaced to ensure it is working properly. For other leakage problems, such as oil leakage from joint parts, leakage from skeleton oil seal parts, etc., it is necessary to take appropriate treatment measures to repair, such as replacing seals and increasing splash-proof devices. Attention to detail should be paid during the treatment process, following the correct operating steps and maintenance specifications to ensure the normal operation and service life of the bead mill.
